Through the process, Cowealth helps hospitals strengthen their management, plug loopholes, lower costs and share resources to improve their overall performance.
We have collaborated with dozens of hospitals throughout Greater China in revamping their operations by concentrating their outside purchases with a few rather than many suppliers; unifying the items they are procuring; standardizing product quality; and systematizing examination technology information. This has resulted in huge reductions in costs and waste.
